"Great fish at reasonable prices. The service is quick, although there are usually only two staff members managing the entire restaurant. You may need to catch someone's attention if you need assistance, but if you order tea or lemonade, they will provide you with a pitcher so you can refill your drinks yourself. The place is always clean and the fish is consistently fresh. Note that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays."

Great food. Always fresh and piping hot when it comes to your table. The service is OK. But for the most part, it's self-service, so I'm fine with it. I am able to get my beverage refill

I haven't been here for years. I was shocked how good the food was. We will definitely eat again here. We have catfish, shrimp and calabash chicken. The kids could drink the ranch sauce.

I just visited this restaurant in Shelby for the first time, and I can confidently say that I won't be searching for seafood anywhere else. The portions are generous and the prices are fantastic. You've definitely earned my loyalty, and we even purchased some coins while we were there! View menu

The Flounder serves delicious food, but I was disappointed with the new setup they implemented. You have to stand in line to place your order, and then again to pay, which can be quite inconvenient. I think they should consider a system like Golden Corral's. Additionally, it would be nice if the ice was kept out in the open, so customers could help themselves to more tea and water whenever they want.
