"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"great little place in Aspen. The food and service were great. The server was ready to answer any question we may have had and kept us up on when each course was coming out. The chicken board was exceptional. Definitely will return again and again."

"My wife and I from the Vail Valley sometimes visit Aspen for special meals, like our recent anniversary celebration. We dined at The Monarch, a cozy and upscale steakhouse with exceptional service. The staff were all welcoming and attentive. I ordered the cowboy ribeye, which was cooked perfectly. The only downside was the overpowering Stilton bleu cheese topper on my steak. After removing some of the cheese, the flavors blended beautifully. Although on the pricier side, it was definitely worth it."

"Fantastic food, ambience, and service. Me and my new wife shared escargot and French onion soup and finished with fondue. The escargot and French onion soup were great with just the perfect amount of seasoning. The regular fondue was perfect as well. Very good chance we'll be back before the end of our honeymoon to try the crepes!"

"A favorite lunch spot. I am an Aspen local and eat here every other day. The restaurant’s owner really cares about the quality and freshness of the ingredients. They serve wild caught salmon and wahoo fish My personal favorites (I’m a vegetarian) are the kale quinoa salad (amazing), the Pandora bowl (skip the egg, it’s better without it and add beans for protein), the fish/shrimp tacos, the sweet potato fries, and the veggie pita sandwich. My husband likes the burgers a lot. The portions are huge. There is a kids menu available too. The Hana fish wrap is one of the best meals I’ve ever had (order it without rice, it’s much better). They serve wine and beer a good place for quick dinner (they close at 8pm) if you want something casual that won’t break the bank."
