"Very very bad experience !!! Today I just pickup order .the lady said my order not ready wait 12 minutes but after 20 minutes my order still not ready .I ask about my order .then old woman and girl with glasses both screaming and yelling me in front otherpeople.the said JUST WAIT .if ready I will put on rack with yelling on me .I was like oh my gosh what attitude ?.I just askingcan you guys check kitchen my order and they mad like crazy????the owner should now their attitude and fire them immediately ifwant business keep going so many bad reviews.I guess maybe they buy good reviews on google and Yelp.never ever comeback if bothlady with glasses and old woman still there .never go to that scary place again and good luck for you guys..,,,,,"

The sloths in Zootopia moved faster than this place. Left without ordering because I was left standing around for 15+ minutes.

I was told to wait in my car for the chicken strips, which would take about 3 minutes. However, after waiting 10 minutes, I went inside and found out they had forgotten my order.

We like this KFC, floors, booths, tables are spotless clean, hand sanitizer is available employees are courteous and chicken always fresh, yum! And plenty of parking space. We will be back again.???? View menu

Tonight it was my second time going to grab something to eat. The food wasn?t fresh and the man didn?t want to sell us the 5 pc tenders by themselves he said they have to be a combo. Honestly it was a bad experience and the service horrible.

I continued to wait, now for 20 minutes, and asked the girl again about my order. In a rude and unhelpful manner, she reiterated that it was being made. I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but what I received was just two chicken tenders on a bun. It was unbelievable! This employee really needs to find a different job if she's going to continue having that attitude. Overall, this location is not acceptable.

"We decided to grab a quick sushi lunch before heading back to the Bay Area. No 1 Kazuko is located right across the street from my hotel the San Gabriel Hilton on Valley Blvd. I made reservations and was seated right away. There is a QR code menu but we were handed a lunch menu which we ordered from. Deluxe Chirashi 4 stars nice fresh cuts of fish but nothing special that makes it deluxe. No 2 Bento 4 stars comes with grilled mackerel, tempura, sashimi and a salmon tuna poke salad. Nigiri sushi lunch 4 stars normal cuts of fish Service was good. Parking in the rear at the Del Mar Ranch 99 shopping center. If you sit at the booths near the sushi bar there is a TV."

"Love this location. We order from this BR often and once or twice we?ve had a cone missing from our order not a big deal, it happens. Last time we ordered, I made a note as a reminder for the cone. Not only did we get the cone, we even got a free small scoop of seasonal ice cream, plus a cute note (small note on left in picture ! THEN I ordered again tonight (added a tip for the awesome service last time , and with my ice cream I received another small note (large note on right in picture and this time with names! So thank you Sharon H and Dawn T for the awesome service notes!! :"

"The only drawback to our visit was the dim lighting in the dining room, which made it challenging to read the menu without using my phone's flashlight. A little extra brightness would easily fix this issue, especially since the TVs on the walls were clearly visible with more light. Although there have been some changes to the menu over the years, I was happy to find that I could still request and enjoy some of my favorite dishes. Overall, our dinner at 38 Degrees was delightful and satisfying."

"The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location with a modern interior. As for the food, there are many new vegan options on the menu since our last visit! Personally, I always go for the pho, spring rolls, and egg rolls, and I find the pho portion to be quite generous. We've also ordered delivery through third-party apps, and the pho remains excellent. Regarding parking, there are plenty of spaces available, but they can be a bit tight, and the plaza tends to have a lot of traffic throughout the day."
