"I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I strongly advise locals to avoid ordering online! To top it off, they missed one piece of chicken from my order and got other items wrong as well. I truly hope that a concerned manager sees this review. If not, it looks like the service will keep getting worse, taking advantage of loyal customers who have supported this restaurant for many years. Sadly, this experience has been the final straw for me, and it was by far the most disappointing one yet!"

The drive-thru service was efficient, and the wait time was reasonable. I ordered a 14-piece meal and added an extra charge for breasts and wings. However, when I got home, I discovered that there were only 13 pieces in the box. Hopefully, on my next visit, KFC will earn a 5-star rating, but not this time.

I do not know what was wrong, is a nation wide franchise isn't? I asked for crispy chicken, one order of four pieces? Let me start with this, oily on the outside to the point you can see, feel it and taste it. The dough outside was raw in some places, tasted awful. Third the white meat was dry, can something else go wrong? Oh their favor the Cole slaw was good. Maybe because Ilike Church ???? as my benchmark. Pitiful isn't but be sure I am not coming back just for cole slaw only.
