"I highly recommend trying the fried calamari and zucchini at this Italian restaurant in the DFW area it's hands down the best I've ever had. The crispy texture and perfect seasoning make it a must try dish. Additionally, the Margherita pizza is a delightful choice. Not only is the food top notch, but the service is also exceptional, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Plus, the restaurant's location close to the Allen Premium Outlet is very convenient."

"On our last night visiting our kids (we live in Michigan-they live in Texas), we chose lazy dog. There was no waiting, we were seated right away. I was truly impressed with the interior decor. The birch looking trees by the concierge lent an air of nature. The metal dog sculptures were pretty awesome. I loved the beams in the high ceiling, very cool and I am inspired to create something similar in my own home. The fireplace wall was awesome, huge and the deer head mounted on it was unique and fitting. The restaurant was clean and spacious, easy to see from the road. Our waitress was Margaret and she was very friendly, knowledgeable seemed happy to be there. She brought our drinks right away. My son enjoyed the Alaskan Halibut. He raved about how good it was. The rest of us were slightly disappointed. IMO, the lazy dog takes the usual menu offerings but puts their on twist on it. There’s nothing wrong with that, it just didn’t meet our expectations. The queso was orange cheese with a different flavor-not bad, but not what we were expecting either. My daughter got the fried chicken meal. The seasoning in the breading was, different, unusual. Four of us tried it, the only one that really enjoyed it was my son. I got the pot roast beef dip. That was good and tasty. Both I and my daughter enjoyed the sandwich. The onion rings didn’t have much taste and I found them unremarkable. Hubbs got the cheeseburger which he liked and my acquired daughter got the all American burger which she liked. The portions of food were generous, but I felt the prices were high. I’m glad we tried this restaurant, but it is not going on my “must return” or favorite lists."

"We have been coming to this place for maybe a year now, the food is always fresh, well prepared, flavorful and has great portions. They acknowledge you when you walk in and make you feel welcomed. Their staff is great and their food is AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Love their mimosas and micheladas. This place is great! We have had several meals from their menu and they never fail! Highly recommended. They also have larger booths that can sit about 8 people, it’s great! Thank you to ALL of your staff, cooks, hostess, waiters ,waitresses and management."

"The restaurant is quite spacious and located in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. Both the dining area and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. While the ambiance isn't particularly charming for an Italian restaurant, it's still pleasant. The rolls were incredibly light and fluffy—absolutely delicious! The lasagna and other dishes we tried were equally impressive. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place!"

"If you first notice in you that this is not your run of the mill Tex-Mex restaurant. It is very tastefully decorated. It has a very chic and modern decor that distinguishes it from your other places. It is also to be noted, it is not Tex-Mex as well. It's El Salvadorian. When we arrived on a sunny Sunday afternoon, it was busy, but they were not waiting. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. She asked if we prefer inside or in the courtyard. Of course we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day and decided for the terrace. The terrace is immense. It is easily one of the largest in Fairview. It overlooks a fountain where children walk and play in and also the community gardens of the nearby apartment complex. It is such a beautiful place to spend some time and unwind before you return to work the next day. They bring a basket of crunchy tortilla chips, zesty wicy salsa, and black bean dip. We drove all the basket up and I didn't feel guilty because they were so good. You have $1 mimosas. Do you say... 1 mimosa? They are refreshing during a Sunday brunch. The brunch menu is great. It has all my favorites huevos rancheros, Chilaquiles and Sopes. I chose the chickenpee. It is two handmade corn tortillas with pinto beans, shredded chicken with salad, guacamole, sour cream and queso fresco. I asked for a page of Jalapeños. It was amazing. The Hubby had the Mexican breakfast Burrito. It is filled with rosemary flakes, scrambled eggs, cheddar and bacon. It is served with pint beans and mixed fruits. He was in heaven! Our server was very attentive and checked us several times during our meals. The front of the house manager even came by and asked how food was. This is first-class service. This is a fantastic brunch spot it is relaxing, good food and a fantastic way to finish your weekend. On the way out, I noticed that they have a really big bar area. I think it just expanded. It would be fun to go on Friday or Saturday night."
