Got to the window, her energy made you question going back. Lookingsuspect, praying they 're not doing anything to your food in the back. I must say, it was weird, food was hot and good though.They need to stress the importance of the whole customer experience with their employees."

The restaurant is decent, but I’m not really a fan of their menu these days. They’ve removed gizzards and livers, and now the chicken is plant-based. That just doesn’t appeal to me.

KFC has certainly made some improvements recently. I ordered my favorite, the pancake, and it was served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The drink was also impressive—not watered down at all. Overall, I had a fantastic experience this time!

Always double-check your order. I was missing some chicken and ended up with extra potatoes, but the staff insisted that they always verify orders and that mine was correct.
