"I was at the payment window ready to pay for our order when I tried to add two chicken sandwiches. The lady informed me that they couldn't add items at the window. I accepted that and proceeded to pay for our order. She handed me the food and closed the window, but since there were no cars in line, we were asked to pull back around to place a new order for the sandwiches. I’m not sure why this was necessary."
