"Khauphums has always been tops in my books. No other local Thai Restaurant could compare to the quality and authenticity of their food. I'm not sure if they changed ownership or chefs, but the last two times I have been there the food was not edible. It was so hot at a #3 that we could not eat it. There was no depth of flavor whatsoever. I sent it back only to have it returned with little to no liquid in the curry mixed with the vegetables and it was still not edible. My dinner friend had the same issue.I didn't eat the meal and the server kindly took it off my bill. That was the Dover location. The Exeter location has very inconsistent hours so I have not ordered often enough from there to make a fair assessment or give a balanced review. The fresh rolls that I have had in Exeter were very good, but the fresh rolls I had in Dover were too wet and fell apart. I make them at home and do a far superior job to what I experienced two weeks ago. I seldom leave a negative review, but I'm doing so to catch the owners attention so that they can make the necessary changes. I am a vegetarian and est Thai food all the time. Hopefully, things will improve and I can enjoy your restaurant some time again in the future."

extensive menu with a series of curry and nudel dishes. Intimate dining room with about ten tables. the massaman curry with huh was cooked to perfection! the lunches are small, so they decide to eat dinner when they are looking for a bit more food on their teller.

Stumbled across this little gem as we were walking around Dover. We hadn't realized we were hungry until we smelled the delicious food. My companion had the crunchy chicken fried rice and I had the country style noodles. Both dishes were excellent! We also had some rangoons, crispy, flavorful and not at all greasy. We'll be back! The place is a joke, they are close on 3rd and 4th of July, but the google map says they are open and doordash order got placed and was ready to pickup. When got there for pickup, they are closed! This is the second time they failed to process the order, the first incident was that I placed order through doordash and showed up 10 mins late, and they didnt have my order and couldnt locate the existence of it although I was showing on my phone the order details. Very unprofessional and not worth the potential of time wasted. Dine in experience may differ, but not willing to test that out anymore.
