The location has reopened as an Ivar's Seafood Bar, and it did not disappoint! The fish and chips, along with the clam chowder, were both excellent and just as consistent as at their other locations.

First time eating their garden burger... Loved all the fixings they put on the burger! I added sauteed mushrooms for .60... I have to say their garden burger was fantastic! Will be coming back for more! Oh... And their garlic fries... Holy smokes!
