"I spent $428 to observe Mother's Day at Kincaid with my wife, daughter and son in law. We arrived at our reserved time (4:30 PM) and were nicely greeted and seated. Travis was very professional in his greeting, bringing our drinks and taking our order. Our Maytag Blue salads arrived very quickly. We were not allowed adequate time to eat our very tasty salads before our Prime Rib was served. The beef was without any sign of marbeling, difficult to even cut let alone chew. I mistakenly failed to complain when asked and regret not complaining at the time. I should have even , challenged the bill. We chose to take our desserts for consumption later. We departed almost exactly one hour later. We expected a relaxed dining experience, not a rush to turn the table. Kincaids has earned its drop in the ratings."

My son took me to brunch earlier today. It was the best meal I have had in a very long time.

I've been going to Kincaids for years and this experience was awful. The calamari wasn't cooked properly. My halibut was raw and crème brûlée was mushy on top (twice after I sent the first one back). I don't think I'll go back.

Service was excellent, drinks were delicious, appetizers awesome, soup was hot, but my seafood sampler (shrimp, scallops and fish with potatoes and vegetables) was cold but I ate the whole thing anyway and didn't want to be a bother... I also got a surprise Creme Brule birthday dessert.

We haven't visited Kincaid's in a while since it's not very close to us, but we truly love it there. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is outstanding. Our only complaint is that they need to bring back the Bananas Foster! That was the best dessert in town. Please bring it back! View menu

EXCELLENT service. And have always liked this setting. Great appetizers and the Caesar salad is so very good. My wife's scallops were incredible. Honestly, my grilled mahi mahi was disappointing. Certainly was not memorable as great fish can be. I knew it was risk. I won't order that again. We will return. We recommend Kincaid's.

Unfortunately, Kincaids has fallen far from its previous greatness. We've been let down numerous times in recent years. We keep trying to give it another chance, hoping things have improved, but that hasn’t happened. It's best to save your money and choose another place. They really need to step up their game. The food is, at best, just mediocre.

Kincaid's is always good. I had the sockeye salmon which was phenomenal. But my wife had the prime rib which was just OK. She was somewhat disappointed with preparation and even sent it back to achieve a medium rare level. She said she would never get it again. Also we ordered salads and the chef left the inedible ends on the lettuce not good for a restaurant the level and cost of Kincaid's to do. View menu

We had a delightful Father's Day lunch in the sunny dining room, which felt both comfortable and somewhat private. Our waiter, Jerry, was very accommodating; he didn’t rush us through the ordering process but remained attentive throughout our meal. The Maytag blue cheese salad was delicious, though I found it a bit heavy on the dressing—maybe it would be better served on the side. The prime rib portion was generous, and the authentic horseradish was excellent. The accompanying potato was just right. To top it off, the cheesecake was a lovely treat, and the key lime pie was the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful outing; we will definitely be back!

We loved our waiter Patrick. He was attentive, made great recommendations and was pleasantly engaging!! The food was good we loved the walleye, Brie and New England clam chowder but pricing was a little high! We really loved our cocktail “ Rare and Fancy old Fashioned” it was fabulous!! The Maitre De who checked us in was rude, short and acted like he wished he was somewhere else. He put our menus down didn't say a word and turned and pranced off! Not the way to begin our night and left a terrible impression for a nice upscale dining experience. Everyone can have a bad day but when serving the public maybe he should have known not to be in such a public contact position like maybe stay home!...

"not sure how to start with an honest assessment at all. birthday dinner for me and the woman. two burgers ordered, medium well tempos. the burgers received them and they were well done, dry and a bit carved. the server stopped when the food was delivered and she did not see it again until it was time for the check. had a general manager there in the meantime to appeal to the burger. asked the gm what they thought that the temperature of the burger he was paused (as if he tried to find out what I ordered) and came back with a medium well answer. burger had zero pink in him (see in the pictures.) he said nothing else, not I'm sorry, is what they ordered, or how can we do that better for them. Nothing. I took the plate, shook his head and went away. I can't even put this stuff up if I wanted. had the jack, mentioned eating to the server, they asked us if we wanted dessert, we went back and that was it. no birthday or a good night. we felt kind of like we had done something wrong, no matter what, honestly, if they were looking for good quality food and great customer service, they don't come to pittsburgh blue. they can get a lot better food everywhere too much better preisen! we have been driving for years to pittsburgh blue, especially the location edina and the quality/customer experience have been falling for years. why did we go back? big question, we advise that we hope for this complete dinner (customer experience and food quality) that we have many years ago. by the way, pittsburgh blue also calculates a 5% safety/benefit fee, not sure why!? I have not seen anything justifying a complaint (sanitizing, etiquette, etc.)"
