"Was in the area and never really gravitated towards fusion restaurants. However this place way exceeded my expectations. Service from Sunny was attentive, friendly and personable. The clean and spacious restaurant was also not too crowded mid afternoon. The new owners that took over the restaurant decided to do fusion because she genuinely enjoys cooking food from different cuisines. You can tell because she tries to plate everything immaculately. We ordered the truffle fries, japanese tiger prawn curry rice, grilled skewers and the toast. The food was filling and all reasonably priced. Highly recommend the grilled skewers that were really flavorful, and you can tell the marinate that went into it just from its chargrilled aroma. Can't wait to come back on weekend nights for their special menu item."

Great food and even better drinks! Mike is an awesome host. I've been there 3 times and had an awesome experience each time. Definitely try this place.

Zero ambiance. Gray, plain walls. Cold, as if they don't have a heater. Cold and barren. Food was good as well as the service. 2 stars for the uncomfortable environment. View menu

Quiet (on the Saturday I went around 8pm) place to grab a drink and some plates to share. The food was solid, but not mind blowing. Service was very attentive and helpful. Would necessarily go back for the food, but might consider it for the ambience.

The restaurant has no atmosphere, with dull, grey walls that make it feel cold and unwelcoming. The lack of heating doesn't help either. Despite this, the food was tasty and the service was good. I would only give it 2 stars due to the uncomfortable environment. View menu

it's great to have a hip restaurant on the 25th. the cocktails are great. all tapas were delicious. my favorite was by far the popcorn chicken. also the udonsuppe and the garnels were good. it is quite expensive, so I leaned on four stars, but the staff was super friendly and set up for them. they have complicated my drink because they needed a few minutes to sit on us, which was really nice. may be unrelated, but after eating here my mouth was for like 2 weeks. I'm curious when this happened to someone.

Family-run restaurant with a unique selection of Asian American comfort food. Ordered: Loco Moco Garlic Tiger Prawns with garlic noodles Teriyaki salmon bowl Dishes were large so we had plenty of leftovers to take home. Everything is made from scratch, so don't expect everything to come out fast. If you're looking for quality comfort food...this spot is definitely worth trying. Great place to go with friends for a drink as well Will definitely come back to try their popcorn chicken and kinchee fried rice.

"Curry Hyuga had long been on my culinary radar, and today, I finally had the chance to experience it. The occasion arose as I needed to pick up my partner at SFO later, and given the mere 10-minute drive from the restaurant to the airport, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to satiate my appetite and make the most of my time, rather than aimlessly circling around the airport. Conveniently, there are numerous public parking lots scattered throughout the town. The restaurant opens its doors at 11:30 am, and I arrived promptly at 11:25 am, only to find a queue already forming outside, as depicted in the photo. The attentive server, Yuki promptly greeted each customer and kept my water glasses filled, setting a positive tone for the dining experience.Opting for their Signature Curry Rice Entree, which features their caramelized onion curry accompanied by shredded cabbage, creamy potato salad, and Fukujin pickles, I decided to elevate my meal by adding Chicken Cutlet Katsu Curry with Chicken Karaage as additional toppings. To my amazement, my order was delivered to my table in a mere 3 minutes, which left me thoroughly impressed. Curry Hyuga's standout feature is their incredibly tender meat, perfectly complemented by their mouthwatering curry—a true masterpiece with Kanazawa-style sweetness and richness that sets it apart. To further customize your dish, they offer a selection of five different spices: Ichimi Togarashi, Jalapeno Pepper, Pequin Pepper, Wiri Wiri Pepper, and Orange Habanero. I had the pleasure of sampling all of them, and personally, I found the Wiri Wiri Pepper and Orange Habanero powder to be standout choices. Their spiciness elevated the curry to a whole new level, complemented by the unique fragrance of the peppers."
