"I’m not sure what has changed since our many enjoyable visits, but during my most recent trip this past Saturday afternoon—months after my first negative experience (rancid crab rangoon)—there was no line at the drive-thru, and it was well before the busy hours. I ordered Crab Rangoon and two dinner plates: one combo with chicken and beef (upgraded to fillet) and one order of shrimp with shrimp sauce. I’ve attached pictures to show what we received. The chicken was dry, slightly burnt, and utterly tasteless. The beef filet was stringy, dry, and burnt as well. The carrots were either mushy or burnt and mushy, the rice was bland and extremely dried out, and the shrimp was stringy and dry. Our Rangoons were burnt to a crisp, with an extremely dry filling inside—completely inedible! When I tried to call and speak to a manager, the phone just kept ringing. It honestly felt like we were served leftovers from the previous day, reheated far too long. I'm truly disappointed, as this place used to be our go-to spot for quality takeout."

Food is ok , but packaging is the worst . Every time I pick up food from them the bag is leaking . I think it would be a good idea to work on the packaging so it doesn’t leak in the bag .

This place has when downhill within the past year. We have tried ordering from here three times now and they never have what we want. They told us again they have no sushi and are out of stuffed mushrooms as well. So disappointing. We just left. Service: 1

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was disappointing. On one occasion, they were completely out of rice! I recently drove by and noticed a sign at the drive-thru that said "No sushi" — at a sushi restaurant! It's just not acceptable. View menu

I rate this place highly for their generous portion sizes. The crab rangoons contained real chunks of crab meat and were quite delicious. (Okay, there were 6 rangoons, but I must admit, 3 of them vanished before I remembered to take a picture, haha.) I've also shared a photo of the receipt. We'll definitely be returning! Tuesday, September 26 8:10pm Tried to call Kochi to place an order for pickup, the message on their phone goes through all the dates and times throughout the entire year when they're open and closed then says press 1 to place an order, when you press 1 it disconnects you. This place has been a joke since it switched from Saki to Kochi. Its like the entire operation is run by inept teenagers.

I had an absolutely terrible experience! This was easily the worst meal I've had in the area in years. The Crab Rangoon was burnt and had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty nursing home. I wouldn't be surprised if I got sick after eating them—they were that bad. The steak special was nothing to write home about, with meager portions that mostly consisted of old, stale vegetables. Even the shrimp sauce was awful, which I didn't think was possible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Kochi unless you want to risk eating something that might actually be harmful.
