"I can't believe I've been living so close and only just found this restaurant! I'm thrilled to have discovered a fantastic place for Korean fried chicken in the East Village! Their fried chicken is exceptionally tasty and full of flavor—definitely superior to many other spots! I particularly love the variety of flavors, especially the spicy and soy garlic options. If you're a fan of spicy food, you absolutely must try the buldak chicken to share! It's topped with cheese and mixed with chicken, onions, and rice cakes. We also ordered their fried dumplings and sweet potato fries, and everything was outstanding!"

Chicken Chicken. What can I say? Their fried chicken is crispy, sweet, and spicy, and the portions are substantial. Other dishes were quite good too—the tteokbokki was tasty, and the takoyaki was enjoyable as well. Overall, this is the best Korean fried chicken I've ever had, and it’s definitely worth a visit!

This is an amazing restaurant that I highly recommend. The ambiance is fantastic, and the food is top-notch. However, I was quite disappointed to find that they advertise a wide range of drinks but don’t actually have them available, which felt a bit odd. My friend and I were eager to try some. Nonetheless, it’s still a delightful place to eat!

I had the most disappointing seafood bag I've ever encountered and ended up discarding nearly all of it! They shouldn't label it as Cajun because it was utterly flavorless and had no connection to real Cajun cooking. The fried rice and seaweed salad were okay, but it's hard to go wrong with those. I definitely won't be returning, and I recommend that others avoid any Cajun dishes they serve.

I called the restaurant to check on my delivery status since it didn't arrive within the expected time. Unfortunately, their voicemail said they don't accept calls! So, I had to contact Seamless for assistance. They almost canceled my order because they couldn't reach the restaurant either. The food finally arrived 30 minutes later. Overall, a terrible experience! On a positive note, the food itself was good, but the delivery service was awful. View menu

Today, I placed a $40 order around 10:45 PM. The app showed that the restaurant was open until midnight, but when I checked Google later, I found out that it actually closes at 11:00 PM. Instead of notifying me or canceling my order, they marked it as complete and processed my payment. If my order had been canceled, I would have seen a $0.00 charge, but instead, I was charged. Now, I'm left to sort out the refund process with UberEats, which seems to believe I’m being dishonest.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH RATINGS! THE NEW MENU DESERVES NO MORE THAN 2 STARS. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but after the summer, I found that they had completely revamped their menu. Instead of the classic Korean dishes I used to love, they now focus primarily on seafood and fried chicken. To my disappointment, after just 4 months away, I noticed a significant decline in both the service and food quality. It's also surprising that they now charge for water.

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time because my go-to seafood place is currently closed. I ordered mussels and crab legs. Unfortunately, I found that there was an overwhelming amount of garlic and lemon in the bag. Most of the mussels were empty, and the potatoes and corn on the cob were also overly garlicky. Regarding the crab legs, I suspect I didn’t receive a full pound, and they too had too much garlic. Overall, I was disappointed with my meal and won’t be ordering from this place again. View menu

Was the goal really to create a no-contact experience? Haha. The food was tasty, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were fair, but the service was completely lacking. They even have the nerve to set up the payment machines to prompt for tips, lol. I would have felt much more comfortable if there had been a host or cashier at the front desk at all times. You place your order and don't see anyone again until your food arrives, and if you're getting takeout, they don't even announce your name. This was a first for me.

Before I begin this review, I want to make it clear that I have no negative sentiments towards this restaurant. I'm simply sharing my personal experience with the food. As a Korean, I occasionally feel homesick, which led me to search for a nearby Korean restaurant. I discovered this one yesterday, on May 5, 2022. After reading all the positive reviews, I was really looking forward to trying what appeared to be a highly-rated and attractive Korean eatery. However, my experience ended up being quite different. To sum it up, my…
