"Really tasty food!! This is a regular order for our work and everyone wants to get in on it. Lots of vegan options if you ask them! They do a vegetable coco (coconut milk vegetable korma that tastes delicious when you do medium spice)—not pictured. The vegetable samosas are also delicious. This food in the photo was mixed vegetable masala (not sure if it’s vegan), garlic naan, and rice. They used to give complimentary rice during lunch but now they charge $3 for it. Kind of a bummer, but I get it. We still keep going here regularly. Tanya and everyone that works here is super nice and accommodating. We love Lal Mirch!"

Abu was so wonderful to my husband and I. Felt like we were at home enjoying a great meal. Cozy spot, amazing food, and sweet people. This is my husband and I’s only Indian food spot we go to in LA! Amazing every time!

This place has such great food and the people are so nice. One lady even so kind enough to give my father free tea because he was not sure if he wanted tea. He really liked the tea. She also gave me free soup because I never had that soup before and I wasn't sure if I wanted to order it. They are so kind and serve such tasty food.

The food was amazing. All the dishes had great taste, it smelled wonderful! I don’t recall the names of the dish but the manager provided great recommendations since it was our first time there. The sauces for the curry were the best. This is not going to be the last time you see me here. The customer service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, who’s curious about Indian food. View menu

One of my favorites spots in LA!!! I have been visiting Lal Mirch for about a year now. As an Indian food connoisseur , I gotta say this place is one of the best in the city. They have 2 conveniently placed (for me) locations and extremely attentive and loving service. This new years eve we dined at the spectacular Studio City location and we're helped by Abu, who is very friendly and charitous.they provided us with free samosas and mango lassis!!! PLEASE patronize this buisness you won't regret it.

Oh my goodness!! This restaurant is absolutely delicious! I eat Indian cuisine often, and this is by far one of my favorite places! The service is remarkable! Tanya was so nice and took great care of me! Her recommendations were spot on! The Chicken Tikka was well balanced and spiced to perfection. The Tandoori Shrimp was crispy yet juicy and succulent. The Naan is to die for! I even ordered dessert! I’m a boy from the south, the rice pudding reminded me of my grandmother’s southern dessert. If you love Indian food, this is the place to go LA! Until next time!!

"Easily my favorite bakery in LA!!! Being French, I feel like it's so hard to find good authentic French bakeries but Lou sets the bar soooooo high! No other bakeries have topped Lou's. The croissants are *chef's kiss*, they're flaky, buttery and taste delicious EVERY TIME! I also like their chocolate bread (pain au chocolat) and eclairs, though the eclairs are much sweeter so if you're into that, definitely give them a try! I really love how they are consistent with their pastries. There was never a time when I was disappointed. Now keep in mind they get very busy on the weekend, the wait can be long like 20 mins, especially if you order sandwiches (which by the way, are delicious too and worth it!!! I tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and would highly recommend them). I think they run out of baguettes after 1pm or even sooner sometimes so if you want baguettes or sandwiches, definitely show up earlier. Even their drinks are so good, I always get their vanilla latte and once again, it tastes delicious e-ve-ry single time! Wanna know another thing I love about this place? The service! Every time we ordered sandwiches and the wait was long, they'd give us a heads up before finalizing our order in case we wanted to skip the sandwiches. One time, there was a mixup which resulted in us getting our sandwiches later than expected so to apologize for the wait, they offered us a croissant * * You will also often see Lou, the chef and owner, walk around and say hi to his customers. He may even sit with them and chat for a few minutes. He seems to know a lot of people in the neighborhood and that's actually how it is in France. Bakeries are in every corner and we love our bakers! Anyway I know this is now a super long review but I only have amazing things to say about this place, their food, the chef and the staff. I just wish they'd open every day"

"Deja Vu Cakes is a fantastic bakery that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious treat. This family-owned bakery is run by a husband and wife who bake everything on-site, and their commitment to using only all-natural ingredients with no artificial additives is admirable.I visited this bakery on St. Patrick's Day, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. They had a fantastic selection of seasonal cupcakes displayed top-level of the display case that are beautifully decorated and a sight to behold which included the St. Patrick's Day cupcake with a gold coin on top. The St. Patrick's Day cupcake was a red velvet cake, colored green, and topped with a gold chocolate coin. The frosting was creamy and rich, and our daughter loved it.The Bailey's cupcakes had some alcohol in them, and they were a real treat. The frosting was creamy and rich, and the cupcakes were moist and flavorful. We enjoyed every bite. The bakery's prices are also reasonable, ranging from 4-5 dollars per item. The shop itself is cute and has a welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and hospitable staff that makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Deja Vu Cakes and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and friendly bakery.I highly recommend Deja Vu Cakes for their excellent customer service, quality cupcakes, and commitment to using all-natural ingredients. If you're looking for a delicious and welcoming bakery, this is the place to go."
