"the workshop 157 has all of a french brasserie, both by its map (burgers, meats, salads, a little fish...) and by its organization (large room, nice little terrace, part restaurant, part bar.) yet, this restaurant is more than a brewery, it has a clean identity, a service that is also clean and a very special decoration. It's the decor I'm going to start. The workshop 157 recalls the bars harley us (there is also a big logo of the American brand on one of the walls), with its totems in zoomorphic wood, its collection of skulls painted behind the bar, a pendulum with a part of motorcycle motor. In addition to being clean, the toilets are original: the seals of the walls are of ochre color and bring out the grey or anthracite tiles. The red doors whose handles are engraved with the number 157 make the whole harmonious.Concerning the map, it remains classic on some points but there are also appetizing dishes of the day, like the farmer chicken who seems to know its success or the yellow place I tasted. It was a very peppery dish, which doesn’t bother me. However, the fish would have deserved more cooking because the flesh was a little too pink to my taste. However, the nets stood. The fish was accompanied by bulgour, which changes rice. A small shrimp sauce ramequin, another originality, made it all well.The other guests ordered the burger savoyard (the burger seems to be the specialty of the house) that I found very generous. the fries were well grilled and the bread was not imbibed by the meat. Then I asked for a gourmet tea. unless mistaken, it is six euros. given the quality of the dessert. First, tea comes from richard counters, which offer a good quality tea, especially since with the teapot, there is the equivalent of two cups. Secondly, there are three real desserts: a very good burning cream, a cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream with cream and white cheese with red fruit, very classic. Of course, the service is a little long. It must be said that the room team is not very elaborate and that the attendance is rather high. I was able to talk to the boss who came to see me when she saw that I was taking pictures of the dishes. I found her friendly even though some say she can be cold. We were able to talk about cooking and I found she was putting a lot of passion in it. Atelier 157 is, in my opinion, a very good address. prices are correct for homemade fact served generously."
