"Our family was at Hotel Lulu for the weekend in mid-May, and it was our first time to visit Round Top. We chose Sunday brunch in Lulus. It was not an exhausting weekend, but we have made bookings via the link on the website of Lulu anyway, although it cannot always be necessary if you get there early or call before. The location and ambience in the historic building was amazing. All employees were very attentive and polite. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere for a relaxed conversation and a hearty meal together with the family was wonderful. We had the steak and eggs and Braised Short Ribs, both were very tasty and fill. I will say that options for a diabetic or those who consume low carbohydrates, no carbohydrates or no starches and would rather have a green vegetables with their brunch, lunch or dinner limited options. So, if there are dietary concerns regarding a health condition, you need to plan your meal elections before time. The sugar pollinated Bombolini aka Bomboloni Italian Donuts were made fresh to order and were the perfect end to a great meal."

The service was top notch, the food divine and the ambience canât be beat. The main dining room is a very lively, the room looking over the patio is perfect for conversation and the bar is excellent people watching. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our salad and our cocktails but our other food was mediocre at best. Pizza was on a pre made crust and very average. Our pasta dish was very bland and not at all what we were expecting. Very disappointed in the food quality for the price. I wouldn’t bother eating here again.
