"the first time in this facility and probably the last. I ordered my food at 8:13 and was told 25-30 minutes. I paid and waited a little early and for my order. at 8:47 I saw my 2 grinders appear. they were boxed and placed under the heat lamp. at 8:53 my cheese stalls came up and went with my 2 grinders under another warm lamp facing the front counter. there were several people waiting for me who had called their names when their food was up and could immediately leave with hot, fresh food. the young lady who was in front (mind she took my name and payment when I arrived) had significantly more important things to do to close the restaurant instead of helping the customer. Finally at 9:03 I asked after my food and got it standing and stared for 10 minutes with a help. rather disappointing, as I really love the mancinos in holland, but recently moved into the opposite."

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it is on the pricier side. The delivery service is also very slow - I waited over two hours for just three items.

I absolutely love this place! The burning beef sub is fantastic and generously sized. The toppings are perfectly balanced and the bread itself is outstanding. It's very light with a perfect crunch. I haven't found any other sub or grinder shop that can compare to their quality. I'm definitely a fan now.

We have been ordering Mancino's pizza for years and it is wonderful that the quality never changes and despite the change in personnel every few years they quality of customer service is the same. Talk about a well-oiled machine! Even though it takes time to get your order out to you on a busy Friday night, you know right away it's not the fault of any the workers! Every single person working was on the go and getting things done as fast and efficiently as possible. I did not call ahead so my order obviously took a while, but it was amazing to see everyone working together. Twice I had workers approach to make sure my order wasn't skipped and update me on an ETA.You guys rock! Keep up the amazing work
