"Servers couldnât keep the table correct. Group of asked for checks to be separated by couples. Completely messed up the whole process. We all had to separate our times and each add our own amounts to their handheld machines. Completely lost control and the calculations were off with tax and tip. Steaks are held in a nice age fridge and cooked in a cool way, but temps were inaccurate and then they are sliced which then cools these large cuts very quickly. Makes for a nice presentation but not great for actual dining. Grilled octopus was amazing. Bread was cool, warm would have been better. Steak was ok. Tender nice cut, but the char was just ok and salt was minimal. Pasta was great. Hit and miss. Eataly is awesome however."

Our experience at this restaurant was dreadful. We waited for two hours without ever receiving our food. The slow service made us late for our show. We spent over $300 on small portions and poor service. We will not be dining here again.

The food was delicious, but we ended up with a lousy server, which kind of ruined the experience for me. She went missing a lot. Enough that we flagged down passing dining staff to get us things like another glass of wine, dishes cleared and stuff that should be normal for this price point. It's expensive and the food is outstanding, just rolling the dice on service.
