"We were all amazed by the size of that potato—everyone said we should have ordered it instead! Mom found it delicious. The spicy turkey melt was fantastic; my husband really enjoyed the heat! We referred to the pretzel dogs as "pigs in a blanket" back in the day, and while they were okay, they didn’t quite measure up to the other dishes. The breading was a bit too thin for my taste. People really need to try their tortilla soup—it was fantastic, not your typical Tex-Mex version, but it tasted great nonetheless. The cheesecake was delicious, and the carrot cake was absolutely incredible. Thumbs up!"

Great place to grab a sandwich or baked potato and have a light meal. I'd recommend the McAlister club with potato salad, pickle spear, and a brownie. Wash it all down with a tea or lemonade. Maybe not the lightest meal but delicious!

I was extremely disappointed! My club sandwich was fine, but my brother's nachos were a letdown. They had no BBQ sauce, maybe just half a scoop of pulled pork, and were mostly just chips! Most of the chips were bare. He even had to add his own sour cream since it wasn't provided. I felt very frustrated, especially for a $12 meal. View menu

I’m really frustrated. The old stamp cards for tea and the “pick 2” options are gone and have been replaced by an app. Seriously? I don’t spend most of my day on my phone using apps. I prefer the old-fashioned stamp cards. I just don’t feel like I have any reason to visit anymore. I believe apps are ruining good business practices. This is disappointing.

We hosted my daughter's birthday party at McAlister's on June 25th, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! They took care of every detail, from the ice cream station to the variety of spices. The food was fantastic, and the flavored teas with my daughter's favorite ribbons were perfect! The delivery driver was incredible, helping us set everything up and ensuring no detail was overlooked. Thank you for making the day so memorable! You all are amazing!
