"I stopped by Arby's for a sandwich on July 27, 2021, while driving through Illinois on my way to Virginia. I've dined here several times during my travels over the years. The food is consistently good, and the staff is helpful and friendly. This visit, I was particularly impressed by the restaurant's exceptional cleanliness. I rarely speak with a manager, but in this case, I felt compelled to commend the manager for maintaining such a tidy establishment. The Arby's menu always delivers!"

"The ambiance is wonderful. Situated in a historic building with high ceilings and plenty of space, the bakery exudes charm with its delightful blend of modern shabby chic furniture. A thoughtful collection of artwork and fascinating framed newspaper articles on the walls enhances the feeling of stepping back into a simpler time. The food is excellent, with generous portions, and the service is equally commendable. If you're seeking a locally-owned café experience in small-town Kentucky, this place is hard to beat."

"The KFC in Mount Sterling is the worst we've ever encountered. We've faced numerous problems with receiving our complete orders. Tonight, we placed an order two hours before closing, and when we picked it up, we found that we received cold dinner rolls instead of biscuits, which we had paid for. Additionally, they didn't provide the coleslaw we ordered. When we got home and realized this, I tried calling them, but their phone was off the hook. I called for over an hour with no response."

"The Subway at Apple Market is great! The employees are very friendly. We use the app to order for pickup and they have always made our sandwiches to order and even called once to verify a specific request. This is the best Subway location in the Mt. Sterling area by leaps and bounds."

"This place is consistently pushing out food that's wrong. 2 Mcdoubles, no mustard, no pickle you get only mustard and pickles instead. Large Caramel frappe, no whip cream you get a caramel iced coffee with whip cream instead. Happy meal w/ nuggets, apples, and chocolate milk. Get a plain cheeseburger, fries, and no drink instead. The 4 times I've gotten food from McDonalds it's been wrong, and I'm fed up. Y'all aren't worth your weight in napkins. Angie needs to re train every single person working here."
