"I visited the drive-thru this morning, and I had a very unpleasant experience with the morning manager. I'm really baffled as to why she is still employed there. When I requested butter with my big breakfast platter, she sharply told me that butter isn’t included and you need to specifically ask for it. After that, she handed me my food without saying another word, leaving me unsure if my order was complete. I waited for her to come back to the window, but she never did, so I ended up driving away. I'm really fed up with the rude staff at this McDonald's! I seriously think she needs to be removed from her position because she's bad for business!"

There was a mix up last night at the Libby restaurant but between Logan and Jason, they made good on everything today. They were both very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.
