"I have repeatedly tried to order at this mcdonalds only to constantly find the dining room closed in both the morning and evening. Even though specific hours are posted both on line and at the location, it seems as if the actual hours of operation are decided at random. At times when the doors were unlocked, I have gone in only to be told, after waiting awhile, that they would not take my order for the dining room. While I understand that occasional circumstances dictate diverging from hours of operation, that should be the exception, not the rule. At the very least, if the dining room is permanently closed, customers should be notified, so they don't waste their time. Consistency and reliability are not a lot to ask."

I ordered doordash at 9:30, my food was picked up @10:00 and when dd got to my door the driver said they talked foul to him and told him they were closing when they don't close til 11 and then gave him the wrong meal.
