"Food is rarely fresh, almost always have to pull forward to park and wait for food. My biggest complaint is that they take advantage of less fortunate people. I work in Lexington and live in Cynthiana. I order 2 bacon egg and chz bagels in lexington mcdonalds it cost around $9.50. In Cynthiana mcdonalds that same exact meal cost $13 and some change. Whatever excuse there is for the price difference , just don't cut it for me. I make sure if i eat at mcdonalds it aint this one. To me this is price gouging!"

I recently bought one of their new spicy Cajun chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, and for the second time, it was missing the spicy ranch sauce. I tried to call to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got home.

The drive thru is usually full and you WILL get pulled up to wait. One or two teenagers working the window that ruin the whole vibe because of snotty attitudes. Food is always good...as long as it's made correctly. 75%/25% chances (good/bad) on that part. They will however correct it as long as you bring it to their attention.
