The food was not up to par, and I would rate it a 1 out of 5. The flavors were lacking, and the presentation left much to be desired. The service was equally unsatisfactory, warranting another 1 out of 5. The staff seemed disinterested and were slow to respond to our needs. As for the atmosphere, it was underwhelming as well, earning a score of 1 out of 5. The ambiance felt dull and uninviting, which further detracted from the dining experience. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience."

The service was terrible. I was promised a Disney toy for my grandson's Happy Meal, but instead received a plastic bucket and was informed that this was the toy. Our drinks were never delivered, the server was rude, and the manager seemed utterly clueless and could not provide any answers. I do not recommend this place at all.

My girlfriend stopped by to pick up some food for the kids and, unfortunately, the order was missing a 40-piece nugget from a bundle deal and a Big Mac from her combo. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like they’re not really making sure people are getting their meals. It's kind of disappointing. We used the mobile app for pickup, and the only options offered when she got home were to either drive back for a replacement or wait for coupons to arrive in the mail. Come on, McDonald's, do better!
