"Let me count the ways of why I will not return. 1. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with us. 10 minutes later after 3 other tables sat and were greeted I still sat there with no one coming to my table. I had to go up to the register to get service. 2. While the food arrive quickly it was all cold to Luke warm. The only thing that was hot was the fried squash, but it was still covered in grease. 3. The pork, yes was cold to Luke warm, like it had been heated in a microwave. Wasn’t anything spectacular for a bbq place. Speaking of bbq, there’s only 1 sauce to choose from and it’s very much a vinegar based sauce. 4. Service- leaves much to be desired, after being ignored after seating wasn’t enough, once we got our food we were checked on once from there. Drinks went empty until we finally got up paid our bill and left. Probably won’t be returning. I can get mediocre bbq from pretty much anywhere and better service at Shane’s. I’ll just drive there next time"

"delicious eating, very clean restaurant and toilets a helpful waitress. only negative point is situation. I'm white when it comes to spicy, so the bathroom was a bit for me, there were tee leaves in the glass floor. not enough to make me a star. the first time I was here and I think I just found a new local favorite. vegetarian options: they have choices without meat. parking space: large parking wheel wheelchair accessible: good space around the tables and through the doors."

"I stopped at this restaurant on my way back to Savannah, enticed by the delicious smell coming from the grill. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, a standard item at any grill restaurant, and found it to be served at room temperature on a fresh bun. The pork itself was decent, but not outstanding. The highlight of the meal was the sauce, which was absolutely fantastic. I typically don't prefer sweet sauces, but this one surpassed my expectations. In my opinion, a truly great grill doesn't necessarily need sauce, but it's a bonus that this place offers such a delicious one."

"I stopped by for a veggie delite sandwich at this restaurant. Even though the woman working there was busy and didn't have any assistance, she was very sweet! Every business could use an employee like her. The Subway sandwiches are always tasty, but it was the beautiful atmosphere that really stood out and deserves five stars!"
