"Pretty sad you can go to this location during the morning afternoon shift and your order will more than likely be fine. But, if you go during the night shift you’ll wait in line for over 20 minutes, get cold food, have missing food and or sauces. Majority of the night workers act as if they don’t want to be there. Experienced this several times now and at this point I just won’t go back. Aric the morning manager was kind enough to rectify something like this once before, but if you try to call their store now it states the number is not in service at this time. If only we lived in a world where people put more pride into what they do. Whether it’s working fast food or not. If you wouldn’t eat it or serve it to your family... THEN DO NOT SERVE IT TO OTHERS!"

Apparently there is a drink up charge on Happy Meals at this location. Never saw that before at any other McDonalds. They charged extra for milk, that’s supposed to be part of the happy meal. It’s not like I ordered a milkshake.

Chicken nugget sauces, apparently putting those in a bag with a very clear order on a screen has become a challenge at all McDonald's. How can you not pay enough attention to what is on the screen to very simply put them in a bag. The people are always nice but dude it's not complicated. The Chicken nuggets were cold and not fresh. Very disappointed after spending 55 dollars.

let me start driving a cross town to this particular place yesterday evening she messed up my order I came tonight and she replaced the confused food even if they shorthanded each do several jobs and still had the best customer service I had in a long time! definitiw need more help in the night, but they are amazing even short hand. I have often been in her position and it makes difficult to maintain a positive attitude

Went to this McDonald’s using the mobile app and placed a mobile order. When I received the email I was charged three times for this order. I even got a receipt with someone else’s order with my payment. Went back to complain and nothing handled properly. Had to dispute with credit card company and get issued a new card. I came in contact with 2 people, neither one could get my order right. Person at teller orders me a Dr. Pepper when I ordered Diet Coke. It's fixed at the payment window.Person at food window gives me Honey Mustard for the nuggets instead of Hot Mustard. The receipt clearly says Diet Coke and Hot Mustard. I now have 2 out of 3 items I don't like. They still gave me the Dr Pepper btw. Ridiculous.The only thing they did right was give me fries.. gmab

I drove across town to this restaurant yesterday evening and unfortunately my order was mixed up. However, when I returned tonight, they replaced the order without any issues. Despite being short-staffed, the employees here do multiple jobs and provide the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They may need more help during the night shift, but they are amazing even with limited staff. I have been in their position many times and know how difficult it can be to maintain a positive attitude.
