"Very nice authentic Mediterranean place in the town! Their hummus (is without garlic) and baba ganoush is delicious. We had falafal sandwich, super falafel wrap and veggie bowl with falafel and they all were equally good. Note- their quantity is huge. They have pretty delicious sauces as well (tahini and tzatziki). The person on desk was pretty friendly and they also accommodated dietary restrictions (no onion garlic) by making a nice wrap. I like the places which are easy to deal with. Just one suggestion- if the falafel could be little more fluffy and airy than dense, it will be perfect. All in all, want a change in taste, and bored with other cuisines, I highly recommend this place."

"Who would have thought the best thai food would be available near the north pole? A cute restaurant in downtown Fairbanks serves the best Thai food I've ever tasted. We tried the Pad Pak, Green Curry Tofu, and Thai ice tea. Each of these items were carefully made and devoured zealously. The Pad Pak in particular was stunning they pan fried the noodles and vegetables and made it spicy (upon request) They were fairly busy, and you could tell lot of locals go there. I highly recommend Thai House Restaurant for the most flavorful tasty thai food!"

"This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere! There's a grand piano with a woman playing beautiful melodies that gracefully fill the entire space. The seating is comfortable, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance is friendly and elegant. I ordered the special basket and a salad, and I found this place to be an oasis of privacy and harmony in Fairbanks. The food was not only delicious but also very filling. I would definitely order the special basket again after trying more of the menu!"

"Can I start by saying they have fancy coffee here? Not many breakfast restaurants serve espresso, just drip coffee. I was excited when the waitress told me they offer pretty much any drink you could order at a coffee stand. I ordered a white mocha with an extra espresso shot and it was good! Not only do they know how to make a good cup of coffee, but my food was delicious too. I ordered an omelette with cheddar and extra bacon. The omelettes come with hasbrowns or fries with your choice of toast. I chose hash browns. The toast even came with a lot of butter/wasn't dry. I love this restaurant and I will be coming back. The service was great and the set up is nice. I love a good breakfast joint (though they also offer more than just breakfast food)."
