"I ordered the chicken kebab and lemon potatoes. Since I wasn't very hungry, I only finished the kebab and took the potatoes home with me. I had a taste of my partner's lemon soup, and it was absolutely amazing—I loved it! The chicken kebab was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The presentation was impressively upscale, which complemented the overall atmosphere nicely. However, I did have an issue with how chilly it was when we first entered, thanks to the large garage door being open at the front. They did close it without us having to ask, but it took a little while to warm up, and my dad felt cold. It was also a bit noisy inside, but I wouldn't want them to turn the music down; it really adds to the ambiance created by the lights and the beautiful art pieces around the restaurant."

Brought my Armenian family for a feast in the Lava room. Got the lamb chops,grilled salmon and chicken kabob with lemon zest rice/zucchini. Baklava was ok but tasted store bought. Excellent food and experience.

Excellent Greek fusion restaurant in the middle of downtown. I visited with a family of 5 and had a great time enjoying the delicacies. Falafel plate and pasta as entrées were spectacular. The ambiance was just amazing.

The restaurant was a bit too dark for my liking, but the food was delicious. I ordered the Moussaka, which reminded me of a homemade version. However, the béchamel sauce was thicker than what I'm used to as a Mediterranean. That said, the flavor was spot on. The service was outstanding!

Meze is situated in the heart of the Gaslamp district which could account for its longevity. I’ve been looking for a good Greek restaurant. Sadly I haven’t found one yet as Meze isn’t quite there as far as food and ambiance. I suppose that on a Friday or Saturday night Meze could be a destination for young people.
