"A few years ago, I moved to Georgia, and I had heard a lot about the South and its delicious cuisine. I have to tell you about Midway Meal House—it truly lives up to the hype! I finally found authentic Southern cooking here. The fried pork chops are absolutely incredible and huge! I always bring one home because they give you two, and just one is a meal all on its own. I absolutely love this charming little restaurant. It’s welcoming, you can seat yourself, and it has a no-frills atmosphere. Everything is clean, the food tastes fantastic, and the portions are generous for a reasonable price. What more could you want? You definitely need to check this place out; you won’t be disappointed!"

Breakfast was super tasty and it was very home-y inside. We got an omelet, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and eggs with bacon. All of it was perfect! Didn?t get a picture of it all we started eating too quick?

My son literally craves the gravy and biscuits from the Meal House! We, a family of 8, have eaten there for years, their carry out service has gotten us through so many‘I was up to many times last night to cook breakfast’ and ‘what am I fixing for dinner?’ Moments. We love the food and appreciate the great staff and the food is well priced!

Always a friendly place for Southern fare. Great place to do business . Meatloaf is the absolute best. I have been going there for years. I love to take folks there who are from out of state. Their eyes pop wide open when they see and then taste the strawberry shortcake even if they skip the liver and onions. Which is great and so good for you. See ya'll there soon. View menu

This is one of the BEST truly Southern style food restaurants left in the Alpharetta, GA area. Robert, our waiter, was EXCEPTIONAL! Food recommendations were spot on. We had the best chicken livers, chicken fried steak, veggies, rolls, sweet tea...the real thing! Dessert was fabulous, the be prices can't be beat. We'll definitely go over over again. Great menu. A must try stop!

In my hometown, the chicken is freshly baked to order, and it takes about 25 minutes to prepare. Here, however, it comes out in just 10 minutes because it’s kept under a warmer. The breakfast is something I would never serve in my home; it would feel like I despised my guests and didn't want them to enjoy their meal. It's disappointing and quite embarrassing. It’s a shame that you’ll have to endure this for years. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. You might as well just order and ask for a microwave!
