"Given the fact that the HC area has very little choices in the way of Asian tea spots, this place is a literal gem. Because not only do I go to many in and around the city, this establishment is quickly becoming among my favorites of them all. I've gone here before when it first opened ages ago, but it wasn't that good. But wow. How they have changed. Their bobas are solid and the choices aren't ridiculously overwhelming. We tried the ramen, takoyaki and the salt pepper popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious, FRESH, in very good quantity AND very reasonably priced (I'm finding that to be so rare nowadays). The ramen was served in two containers (one for the broth and one bowl with the other ingredients) and brought to the table, yet nothing was chinsy about it. The meat was well cooked and very substantial pieces. The broth was very nice. Not too salty, but with some depth. Takoyaki was actual pieces of tako. And quite substantial in size as well as the popcorn chicken. I came back to eat those again and to try the fried oysters and edamame. Also very fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their boba milk tea. I even got to be the 1st to try a new black cherry blossom tea called Sakura? Very refreshing and not overly sweet. The service is just fine. I'm really thankful for this place. Solid 5 stars from me."

My daughter is a big fan of their boba teas. The service is consistently great. Although we don't visit often, we always have a pleasant experience when we do.

The ramen was tasty, the egg was perfectly soft, the Chashu was tender, and the broth had a nice flavor. While it may not be the best ramen I've ever had, it was still really enjoyable!

By far my favorite Boba Tea Spot… Every flavor is delicious and the price is good . The staff is also very friendly . I recommend it to everyone . My favorite one is the Banana Milk Tea with tapioca boba . :

The cafe is clean, chic and cozy. Appears to be very popular amongst the locals as there tends to be a line however, the service is fairly quick. The staff is friendly and the boba teas were tasty; visited twice in the same week. View menu

Place was delicious but a little on the expensive side. I wish their menu selection with ramen was a little bigger but overall I left with a full tummy. Their onions rings were really crispy which was perfect for me. ???? I'll be coming back for more.

First time in the area, and I found this spot at random. Not only are items reasonably priced, but they are reeaaallly good. I got my favorite (Thai tea w/ boba pearls) along with calamari. The latter were crispy and reminded me of onion rings from their shape and texture. Plus, the restaurant is decorated so nicely/ very clean. This has easily become my go-place when in town.

I tried the miso ramen and tonkotsu ramen, and both were quite good. The chai milk tea didn't have a strong chai flavor, but it was enjoyable if you're a fan of horchata. The mango green tea was excellent! The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I'd definitely come back for drinks again. The ramen was delicious and customizable. Personally, I didn’t care for the bamboo slices in the ramen, but just so you know, they taste similar to mushrooms. View menu

Went out on a date with my boyfriend here and ordered the Honey Garlic wings to eat with the Calamari. Calamari was perfectly fine but then when it came to the Honey Garlic wings, the person who served us gave us a heaping pool of grease with chicken in it. Me and my boyfriend could not taste anything but the grease and it was even dripping with grease when we picked it up. Though, overall, the lady at the register was nice and I'd say that only a selection of their foods are okay. Their boba is fine as well since you can choose the percentage of sugar you want and can customize your order with it.

I tried the coffee milk tea, but it wasn't to my liking—it didn't have the taste of coffee nor black tea, and the flavor reminded me of Thai black tapioca pearls. At least they were accommodating with the sweetness, reducing it to 25% as I requested. You can place your order at a kiosk or at the counter. When I inquired about Stevia, I was told that they only offer sugar and that I should use the no-sugar option. The service was efficient and accurate, although somewhat lacking in friendliness during my visit (September 21 at 4:30 PM), as there was no warm greeting. The music was a blend of contemporary Latin and American pop hits, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated seeing a div...

"This establishment should be avoided at all costs. I visited this resteraunt last night for a date night with my boyfriend and was really excited to support a family owned business and the food looked incredible online. However after ordering our food and being brought our salads, half way through eating my salad I found a German roach inside my salad! Now I understand that being sat outside there is an extremely slight possibility that the roach was from the awning above (which is what the owner suggested), however most would notice if a bug fell from the sky onto their food and this roach was not on top of my food. After notifying the waitress, she returned to reluctantly inform us that the owner is certain that the roach did not come from her kitchen as their food is prepared with care and cleanliness . As a fellow business owner this response was appalling. Not once did the owner come and speak with us, nor a manager. However, the owner did relay the message that we could come and visit his kitchen . This was such a display of alarming and disheartening customer service and not a way to treat any customer. As for the manager responding to my boyfriends review and asking what could have been done, here are a couple options that exemplify exceptional customer service: Come out and personally APOLOGIZE at any point and not send messages through your young waitress staff. Show that you care about your customers experience and are eager to make it right instead of denying responsibility and simply offering another salad. Take accountability for your restaurant. Even if the roach by some wild unlikely chance came from outside, it is still your establishment and you created an unpleasant experience so at least offer to credit or discount the meal or offer something on the house .Take your dollars elsewhere folks. You are not a valued customer here."
