"I did some research on coffee spots before arriving in Fairbanks and discovered this gem. Everything about this place deserves 10 stars! The lady who took our order was incredibly helpful in selecting the syrup for my cold brew. I opted for the house-made lavender honey, while my partner tried the vanilla, and both were exceptional! My daughter and son-in-law had smoothies, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Three of us ordered the Belgian waffle, while the other got a sandwich. The Belgian waffle was made to perfection, just as it should be! My partner loved his sandwich and even shared half of my waffle, enjoying both dishes immensely. Don’t miss out on this treasure of a place!"

"If the service and food were consistently excellent, I would rate this place 5 stars. However, every time I visit this location, I find myself hoping for a good experience! The eggs are sometimes cooked perfectly, while other times they're not. Sometimes my coffee cup is always full, and other times I have to wait or call the server over for a refill! Although this restaurant is closer to my home, I often choose to drive further to the Jim's near Rolling Oaks Mall because the service and food are more reliably good there."

"This is my second time ordering from them, and the food was just as delicious this time as it was last time. I ordered their beef gyro plate with seasoned fries and their individual side of fried okra which is a very large individual size. My husband got the chicken tenders and seasoned fries and the mozzarella sticks. It didn't take long for them to make the food, it came out hot and fresh. The staff have always been cordial and polite. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, although I seem to go when it's slower for them so it's also not very loud in there the two times I've gone. I feel like I'm eventually going to try everything on this menu because so far we've thoroughly enjoyed the gyro, chicken tenders, okra, fried mozzarella sticks and their burger."

"First time here, I’m not familiar with the menu but I ordered the teriyaki chicken and got home to this.. maybe it’s the hibachi chicken they gave me? Either way, no flavor to it. The noodles were very greasy and upset my stomach, the oil flavoring seemed to be old. Also ordered rangoons and those were also okay but had that same old oil taste. Disappointed as I saw the good reviews and was hoping for a better experience, I spent over 20 and feel I threw that money away."

"We called ahead of time to see if we could make a reservation and they said they don't do that. But they assured us that they will have lanes available throughout the evening . We showed up and when we went to try and get a lane they informed us that a event reserved half of the lanes and the current wait time would be 45 min. This was at 330. So we said ok that's fine. We bought food and waited. Come around 430 we asked again. They said it still will be bit of a wait. They really didn't have a time. So we waited 30 more minutes checking in every 10 min. At 5 they finally said we will be getting a lane. After another 30 min of waiting they let us know they only had 4 lanes opened due to the event reserving more lanes after we finally put out names down. The staff is rude. We waisted time and money at this business that didn't deserve neither. They clearly where catering more to there event they had going on and ignoring the regular customers."
