"Arrived around 5:30pm for dinner. More tables were getting seated, and then they got their food from the kitchen before ours which was annoying. The overall restaurant looks nice and clean. The lunch buffet set up looked more exciting too. Maybe they should offer a dinner buffet because the wait staff seemed annoyed/bothered between take-out orders or on the phone the entire time. Lack of hospitality and underwhelming from all the social media hype."

lunch buffet had two vegan items and two vegetarian items. chana masala is excellent. salatable and desserts were absent, which I guess is due to COVID-19 restrictions. updated by previous review on 2021-05-13 View menu

Delicious Indian food from all over the country. The menu and staff are excellent for various dietary requirements. They have a great little robot delivering food to your table. Highly recommended. We are there for dinner. There is a lunch buffet with a wide variety of dishes available.

east indian buffet on durango a block south of flamingo. good selection of Indian favorite tikimarsala huhn, goat curry, saag, garlauch naan, etc. this business has yogurt machine that serves an ananas flavor yogurt. it is a real delight on hot three-digit temps days in vegas. If you want the food picker, try their store on flamingo east of strip.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
