"Atmosphere and patio are nice, and servers were friendly. However... We ordered three appetizers, drinks, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts. One item (salmon) was undercooked, one item was inaccurate (wrong beef item), and several items (vegetable dish, two appetizers, and one dessert) had little to no flavor. It's a pretty setting, and one of the desserts was quite good, but overall the food just..... Was not good at all."

Ordered online, so unable to rate the atmosphere. Order was ready on time. However, borscht was a joke: too sweet broth with giant pieces of cabbage. Dumplings dough was tasteless and chewy. Czar medallion supposed to have a mushroom gravy, but had a dry cheesy covering with no taste of mushrooms, pork was dry and tasteless. Do not recommend.
