I was recommended the sandwich “The Eric” on the secret menu. It was delicious! Friendly staff and good food.

If you enjoy paying too much for sandwiches on old bread and receiving incomplete orders with no chance for substitutions, this place is perfect for you.

I would rate the customer service a perfect 11 out of 10. I ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich and, while I would have liked a little more meat, it still tasted fantastic. It's a wonderful addition to Rexburg!

I grew up enjoying Mrs. Powell's bakery, which has the BEST soup served in a bread bowl, and their cinnamon rolls are absolutely incredible. Sadly, the one in my hometown closed down several years ago. So, I was thrilled to discover a location here, and it was just as fantastic as I remembered. Be sure to try a cinnamon roll, and don’t miss out on their delicious soups!

I was really disappointed! I arrived at the store around 6:40 PM, and I understand that this is close to closing time, but the store had already closed early! There was no notice explaining the reason for the early closure; they just decided to shut down. I suppose it's convenient that Albertson's is right next door, but they don't offer as great a selection as you do. I really wish you could stick to your advertised hours! View menu

It appears that the prices of most items have increased recently. While the quantity and quality of the food are decent, they aren't remarkable enough to justify the new prices. Charging $13 for a small bag of chips, a sandwich, and a cup of soup is quite steep! It's tough to justify returning when there are plenty of other options available at a much lower cost. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to dine at Mrs. Powell's.

Wow! I just stopped by and grabbed a sweet roll to go, but I will definitely return soon. The ladies at the counter were incredibly kind and patient while I made my choice—there were so many flavors to pick from! I decided on a huckleberry roll, and I was not disappointed at all. Even at room temperature, it was soft and fluffy. I brought the rest home to share with my husband over a cup of coffee. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I have recently eaten at Mrs. Powell's and was so impressed.The Owner Amy is so sweet, she overheard me say that I couldn't have gluten when I was getting lunch with my office and she brought a soup that I could have and a gluten free cinnamon roll so I could have a treat too! (It was so thoughtful, she didn't have to do it but you can tell she really cares about everyone .I have been getting lunch from then since then and have loved it, They have sandwiches, soups, bread and treats.It is hard to find a good gluten free treat but their gluten free cinnamon rolls are really good! I just love the atmosphere and variety, its a great place to get lunch and a treat. : View menu
