"I visited Jakers Bar and Grill for the first time last weekend, and after hearing numerous recommendations since moving here, I finally understand why everyone urged me to check it out. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and while the prices are a bit high, the portion sizes are generous. I also enjoyed the bacon-wrapped prawns and the seared tuna. They have a nice selection of beers on tap, and my wife was pleased with her easy lemon drop martini. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, making it a great place for a conversation over a nice meal."

This was my first visit to Jakers. The service was excellent, but the food was just mediocre. View menu

Food was ok, very tasteless. Hubby ordered the steak, not much flavour. I ordered the blackened chicken linguine with no mushrooms. Came with a TON of mushrooms. I get mistakes happen but it was not good at all. Very disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Nice meal….glad I had made a reservation! The warm scones and honey butter were delicious! Our soups were the Baked Potato and the Lobster Bisque! Both were perfect for a cool evening! The entree we had was Hamburger Steak, with Baked Potato! Both were very tasty! The best part of the meal was the Butter Cake….served warm with vanilla ice cream! I nice finale for a great evening! My husband and I enjoyed dinner at the bar. The bartender, Savanna, was outstanding—extremely efficient and attentive. My husband ordered prime rib, while I had beef tenderloin. Our meals arrived promptly, and both meats were cooked to perfection. We also loved the scones with honey butter that came with the meal, as well as the baked potatoes! I would highly recommend this place.

This was the first time my wife had ever been to jakers in Idaho falls. Our server kaybre j. Was absolutely fantastic she made great suggestions on our appetizer and meals we decided on the cap steak and the French dip. I can't say enough on how polite and informative kaybre was. 10/10 would recommend her as your server thank you for making my wife's first to jakers a wonderful experience. Price per person: $30–50

"When it comes to lunch and dinner, O'Brady's is just average. So, I’ll focus this review mainly on my breakfast experiences. **Food:** They serve the best omelets in Idaho Falls. Although their menu has recently changed and removed the bacon and Swiss omelet, just ask, and they'll still whip it up for you. Also, I know some might disagree, but I enjoy their corned beef hash. Pair the omelet with biscuits and gravy or pancakes, because their hash browns might make you rethink your "no ketchup on hash browns" policy. **Service:** The servers here are fantastic. Though I don't drink coffee, I notice they’re vigilant about keeping cups full. They're also quick and efficient, especially during busy weekend mornings. **Ambiance:** A heads-up: the booths are designed for average-sized people. If you're like me and trying to bulk up for a spot on The Biggest Loser, you might want to opt for a table in the back room. **Cleanliness:** The restaurant is generally clean, except for one issue. Each table (and booth, I’ve heard) has copies of B-grade books that someone is trying to sell. Avoid touching these; you never know if they’ve been coated in syrup from the '80s. **Price:** Prices are reasonable, as long as you steer clear of ordering milk or orange juice. **Overall:** While I enjoy some breakfast dishes at other places, O'Brady's has become my go-to choice."
