"As an out-of-towner, I was excited to try Mulligan’s Beach House in Sebastian, but my experience was underwhelming. Although the staff was friendly, the service was slow, and we waited quite a while for our order. The fish dish I had was plain and lacked seasoning, making it rather bland. Additionally, the margaritas we ordered were disappointing, resembling flavored ice more than a proper drink. Despite the pleasant atmosphere and courteous staff, the food and drinks did not meet expectations."

It's just gone down hill. It's always hot inside. The last time we went the food was under cooked. An spent 100 for 3 people they are very expensive.

Was here and with a couple of 5 and here for 35 minutes after ordering dinner comes our and they totally forgot our appetizers. And dinner comes out drinks are mixed . What do you do. Beer was warm. What is going on.

We visited on Friday and sat at the bar, where we experienced outstanding service and delicious food—especially the firecracker shrimp! Nadia was our bartender, and she was fantastic—fast, attentive, and very personable. She absolutely deserves a raise. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We had breakfast here, and it was outstanding! Enjoyed the Chicken and Waffles, also had the Sunrise Breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and a perfect view, right on the water. I would highly recommend this place. Grab yourself a protein shake while you're there. They are great! View menu

Was disappointed coming here, I’m new to the area and was excited to try mulligans out. The service was fine, the food and drinks on the other hand were terrible. Over priced and just tasted like bad quality. My almost 4 dollar lemonade was horrible, how can lemonade taste so bad? My recommendation to anyone reading this review is go to squid lips down the road

We decided to try this Mulligans after a year of visiting other Mulligans. This location has a beach/ ocean that has a great atmosphere. On this visit, we noticed a lot of trash on the ground, and wasn't picked up while we were seated. The food was great and consistent with other locations. Please manage your team together for a better experience. You guys are better than this!
