"When we come to Noodles Company, we always order curbside pickup. Every single time I have ordered from the East Peoria location, we have had to go in and get the food ourselves, I also tip beforehand. My fiancé waited inside for over 10 minutes today while none of the employees asked him what he needed and finally when they did, the order had been sitting out, ready the entire time. The receipt was not facing out or in view. You shouldn’t offer curbside pickup if employees will not actually do it."

I tried the spicy Korean noodles and they were quite good. They had a mild level of heat. Sometimes, you just crave a good bowl of noodles! View menu

I ordered BBQ chicken mac and cheese, requesting no jalapeños, but my order was messed up. Overall, the service was terrible. The staff member on duty really needs to be let go!

Foods are good for this fast food vibe. Staff is the best part of this place. I also get irritated because they swap in and out certain pastas. It's hard to come back for favorites when you never know if it's going to be there.

Workers are miserable. I felt bad for them, truly. The guy taking my order did not want to be there and that was clear. He was nice towards the end. Wait was 20 min for the tortellini garlic dish which was not good. The zucchini wasn’t cooked at all. Expensive for 6 tortellini noodles. Would not recommend. Rice Krispy absolutely flavorless. My son and I ordered buttered noodles with Parm chicken inside the restaurant for takeout. My son shows me his meal after we had already left. The noodles appeared to have been sitting a LONG time and then reheated. They were overcooked, dry, and not edible. $14 for garbage. How do you think this is acceptable?!? Never again at this location!

There is ample free parking available, and the entrance is accessible for those with disabilities. The staff seemed somewhat disorganized, likely due to the high volume of customers, but they were friendly. I enjoyed the Mediterranean salad with chicken; it was both tasty and generous in portion size. The restaurant was generally clean and well-stocked. I believe the staff could benefit from improved teamwork training and a clearer leadership structure.

"I arrived at Jason's Deli after working out at the gym. I had worked up a decent appetite and ordered a tomato caprese sandwich with a potato salad. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't receive my order. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The place was not busy at all, and they were staffed by what seemed an adequate number of staff members. The absolute apathy shown by the staff members made me feel like the last priority in what some would think is a customer oriented establishment. Management should have a serious inquiry into why customer service is so seriously lacking in such a highly overly priced place in the first place. The food finally arrived and I was able to type a novel. Hopefully it is worth the incredibly unnecessary wait time... Update: The caprese is cold. Thought it was supposed to be a hot sandwich but maybe my hopes are too high. Not as high as the $20+ tag on the meal, though, but I digress. Also, it had a strange, bitter taste to it, and barely had any pesto sauce on it at all, nothing like the advertised picture... The potato salad is very dry and doesn't seem very fresh. Honestly, I hope I don't get food poisoning... Post meal aftermath: This was my first time going to a Jason's Deli. In today's world of fast food Russian roulette where your prize is what poison you get to die from, I was hopeful that something new would usher in new and better options. Sadly, I have been thoroughly and utterly let down on every level from service and price to quality and experience. The second picture is of what is left of my meal. I should ask for a refund but I hope that my testimony of my experience will alert their management and ownership. Anyways, I won't be coming back unless they can seriously address some of these issues..."
