O'Charley's - Menu

2/13/22 we opted for an early Valentine's Celebration. It was 2 honey drizzle chicken meals and a kids chicken tenders/fingers. Food was hot and as ordered. Curbside pick up took 25 minutes longer than promised.

As most places these days, short on staff, but great on service. Chris was our waiter and did an excellent job for our two tables of six. Food was very good and out quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our group goes out every week this will be in our rotation again!

The food is excellent. My very favorite is the Fish and Chips. Probably the best in town. You can never go wrong with any of the pies. Was very disappointed that y'all took away free pie Wednesday! Service is slow but every place is right now because no one seems to be able to find workers so that I do understand! But all and all, YUM! View menu

We went with our church family and had a great time. The food came out quickly, which was a relief since we were all really hungry. We were celebrating a birthday, and we've tried other places where we had to wait for hours. Here, we were seated right away, which was very nice. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and the service was excellent.

We waited for a while, and then the waiter seated another couple who were at least fourth on the list, even though everyone ahead of them had only two people in their party! We decided to sit at the bar, where the server was very friendly. However, the portions were smaller than expected; the artichoke was half the usual size, and the food just wasn't that great. We won't be returning to O'Charley's.

Before this last visit I would have given this restaurant 5. The waitress was so terrible that I feel cautious to go back there. We went every two weeks because the food is great, but I don't feel comfortable with it anymore. She took our orders. This lady thought we could only afford a plate of food, because our son only wanted Pommes. She just brought a plate of food. I ordered mine and the burned everything on the plate.... I ordered the chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. Either I was hungry OR those were the best tenders and SP fries EVER! I gave them 3 stars because of my wife's California Chicken Salad. This is usually our go-to meal here but she said it was off. They used blue cheese instead of the usual feta. And it threw it off. Also, my son ordered Sprite and it didn't taste right. I took a sipp. I think the syrup may have run out. When I brought it to the attention of the server, she asked what other drink he would like instead of offering to get the Sprite together. Maybe things will be better next time.

So, on Sunday we picked up a Togo order for two shut-in neighbors and their Soups were left out and when we came all the way back to get the soup they were offered without a bag or even an apology. Tonight we tried to come as a party to get together for my daughter's going away and called ahead to see if we could be accommodated and the man who answered said that we couldn't be served and then hung up on me when I asked how they could survive without business from large parties who would be drinking. Very unprofessional. We would have split up but that offer wasn't made. Will never visit this location again.

Mediocre at best. I've been to O'Charley's about 4 or so times in the last 8 months for dinner and lunch. I got something different every time including salads, sandwiches, and most recently, their new bowl. Each and every time the food was edible, but not something I'd get again or recommend. My companions on each occasion said the same thing about their more substantial meals like steak, pork chops, and ribs. Most fried foods like chicken tenders and such are fried way too hard. Oh, but the rolls are really good, BTW, the staff have always been nice and attentive, no complaints on service at all.
