"This review specifically addresses the Soup and Salad deal at the Olive Garden located in Wheeling, WV, near Cabela's. If you're looking for a quick meal, I would recommend avoiding the Soup and Salad option. The salad tends to be soggy and drenched in dressing, with the iceberg lettuce more white than green and poorly chopped. The breadsticks were overindulged with garlic butter, making the stale bread quite unappetizing. As for the “Chicken and Gnocchi” soup, it resembled something that would be served in prison rather than at a Darden restaurant; it was incredibly thin, and I only found two pieces of gnocchi without a single chunk of chicken. When I voiced my disappointment to a manager, I was told that this is actually how it’s meant to be made. My Sicilian grandmother would be rolling over in her grave at that explanation! Overall, I’d rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3."

Really enjoyed the food and service. It was delicious. It can be a little on the pricy side, but it is a great place to celebrate some occasion. View menu

We got seated and sat for ten ninutes without our server coming or saying anything to us. He did however go to the table behind us three separate times without saying ine word to us. At 8pm the place was dead. There is no excuse for this.

I visited the Olive Garden in the Highlands and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The waitress was quite rude, and I’ve received much better service in Pittsburgh. While the food was good, the overall experience was marred by the poor service. It will be a long time before I consider returning.

I come here a lot. The manager wasn't very accommodating to my needs. Both salmon entrees were burnt. Lettuce was brown. The asparagus was overcooked. I'm just not going back. I spoke to the manager, and she never made it right by us. A manager said to go to another restaurant, lol. Ok, we will Bryan thanks honestly this place is a waste of money. There are lots of better restaurants such as Longhorn and Outback. View menu

They have went down hill. Use to give a cloth to rap your bread in. Now it's paper The salad use to be Romain now its ice burg. They leave that annoying game thing on the table where they want u to pay your bill, then when before your done eating here comes the bill she saying there's no hurry as she hands that thing to you to put your card in. An just stands there. After i swallow and take a drink, I said i need a refill an another salad. It was like the earth stopped. She backed away an went on to another table like she had no idea what I said. Never got the refill or the salad it was all u can eat. We paided an left. .
