"we chose oliviers hideaway for a birthday dinner. we have never been there, but the pictures online looked beautiful. it was raised and described as art deco that I love, so we thought we would give it a bit. we entered the streamline and were led to our table. it wasn't as much a restaurant as it was a bar with a few tables that wall out. the decoration was somewhat confused while there were some art deco elements, it seemed to have stolen most of its ideas from an old diner and a nascar museum. funky, but definitiw not raised. the cocktails were overpriced and underfilled. a girl served and neat bar, and although the place was not particularly busy, she could have used help. she must have worked a previous layer because she pointed to the waffle battery on her black hemd. in consideration of the atmosphere and lack of personal, they would expect a more casual menu, but the prices were a tad high. I have ordered my steak rarely. I like a beautiful, cool red center, but actually it came raw on the inside. Unfortunately, our server was so busy making drinks when she made it back to ask about our meal, I politely asked for a box. I really didn't want to wait until it comes out again and while we were eating there, other hotel staff pushed a big car that seemed to be filled with dirty laundry through the bar in front of our sitting in the kitchen. I'm not sure if it was laundry, but whatever it was, it certainly wasn't classic to run it through the dining room while eating people. to summarize it, the drinks were too small for the price that eating was just so and not almost worth what they complained, the service would have been much better if our waitress / barkeeper had help, and the atmosphere was disappointing. while we would like to go to the roof terrace bar at some point, we will not go back to oliviers hideaway. there are many good restaurants in daytona to give olivier 's a second attempt."

Very cozy bar and table area. Menu is surprise hit! And make sure you take a trip upstairs to the rooftop bar for after dinner drinks!!!

We had a lovely time watching the awesome show on the rooftop. Then we went downstairs and ate filet mignon and danced the night away to their amazing DJ. Our room was clean and the beds are so comfortable. We loved the staff very friendly and fun.
