"We had a family dinner here before going to o at Bellagio. Our server started by asking if we had tickets to any shows and when we told her she carefully timed the dinner so we weren’t rushed but finished in time to get to the show. The food is awesome especially the rock appetizer. Highly recommend the experience and the food."

Late dinner after the Cirque show. The staff were very attentive and informative about the menu and steered us to excellent selections.

I arrived during the late happy hour right before the restaurant closed. They had a great variety of food options and inexpensive sake. I would rate the food as 5 out of 5. View menu

we have eaten here every trip for the last 3 years, it is (what) one of our favorites, this was the worst experience. the service was terrible, so bad that it was hard to enjoy the food.

Food, ambiance and service were all fantastic. It was quiet and calm and a nice escape from the casino noise. They even gave us a couple glasses of Prosecco on the house for our anniversary! Will definitely return to this place! View menu

The waiter forgot our wine. The broccolini was brought to the table ice cold. It was odd the same sushi was ordered at the beginning and end of the meal and they second order tasted old. Prices were pretty high for a cup of rice it was 15.00.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
