"The food here is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I placed an online order today, only for it to be inexplicably canceled. When I called to inquire, I was informed that they had only one driver, which caused my food to be late, cold, and incomplete. I always tip generously, so it wasn’t an issue on my part. When I reached out again, I was told it would take over an hour to deliver the missing item. After waiting three hours, it still hadn’t arrived. I waited another two hours and called back, only to find out that the driver was unwilling to turn back and deliver my missing item. While the food itself is decent, the delivery service is unreliable, and getting the correct order feels like a gamble. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years, but there always seems to be an issue—missing items or incorrect orders. Enough is enough. I’m done ordering from here."

They have the worst online ordering system I've ever encountered. I've been trying to select this restaurant to place an order for 10 minutes, and I can't even get to the beginning of the ordering process. It's really frustrating.

Even though they initially got my order wrong, they fixed it on the spot. The pizza was greasy good. The crust was crisp but still soft inside. Pepperoni was charred but not burnt. All in all, it was one of the best pizzas I ate in a long time.

Yesterday, I went to this restaurant with my son to have some pizza. The pizzas were incredible - freshly baked with toppings spread out perfectly. I have ordered from this pizza place three times and it is really good. My wife enjoys the wings, although I am not a fan of them. However, we both agree that the pizza is delicious. It took us a few months to find a good pizza spot since we are new in the area, but now this place is our go-to. I highly recommend it!

I have visited this restaurant several times and in my personal experience, it is a very clean and well-organized establishment. The food, especially the pizzas, is phenomenal - delicious and perfectly baked. The store manager is highly experienced, with excellent management skills and ensures that customers leave satisfied.

This was my second time ordering and my husband and I decided this will be our official pizza spot! We are new to the area and trying to find food gems and this is it! We ordered a medium (12” is their medium pepperoni pizza with regular crust and 8 medium wings. We asked for the wings to be well done and extra sauce and they were sooooooo good!!! Ordered through GrubHub after 45 mins of hearing nothing. I called Paisano's. They said they didn't look at their GrubHub orders and said that it would be at our place in 20 mins. 40 mins pass, I call again. They say it's on the way. 10 mins later, the order arrives and the driver demands that I pay him for the order when I already paid through GrubHub. This location has no idea what it's doing. I ordered the triple decker and the bread is supposed to be toasted and it was just white bread that was soft. Not sure if the place cares about what it's doing.

I want to love Paisano 's. I really do. But I just can 't. The food is good. But ordering from them is inconsistent and, more often than not, we don 't get what was ordered. We always order a Create Your Own pizza pepperoni, Xxtra. Does the photo look like Xxtra (not just Extra, but Xxtra) pepperoni? Nope! Why are we paying extra money for no extra pepperoni? When we order salads and ask for Chop Everything ... nothing is chopped. Why offer these options if you 're not going to do them? We only go to Paisano 's when the pizza craving gets too intense to ignore ... we need a Santini 's in Arlington!
