This is my family’s favorite Mexican restaurant! The service is always great! It doesn’t take long for the staff to recognize you after a few visits and treat you like family. Great food! Only got takeout. Service was good.... Can't say too much about the atmosphere because I didn't dine in. But it seems nice. I ordered pollo Jalisco. Delicious . It is like a sweet salty. It does have pineapples. Which I love pineapples so. Great entree. Most authentic place for a nice mexican dinner in Kernersville. I've been here 3 times and it's been a hit every time. Edit: felt inclined to edit my original review. The food and service here is still great. My only thing is that the prices seem to be raised across the board. The portion sizes are still the same as I remember. My new favorite mexican restaurant. Food and service are awesome. My go-to is the California burrito. Guaranteed to fill your appetite. There's a covered patio type area to the side of the restaurant. Great seating on a good weather day. The staff here is so welcoming and very friendly. I'm vegan and they have a vegetarian place on their menu. I enjoyed restaurant. Very friendly staff and clean establishment. Very clean restroom. I recommend this eatery. My coworkers dined in for lunch and ordered a to go order for 2 of us back at the office. My coworkers said that the waitress was the rudest ever which is not typical for this restaurant and was very snippy with them. When they placed the to go order the waitress kept asking about the guacamole dip for my order like she was unfamiliar with the menu. Got my to go order and there was no guacamole and my ACP chicken was like rubber. So she didn’t understand so she just omitted it? I go to this place a lot and am usually very pleased but for the higher prices you would expect your order to be correct and the waitress to be nice. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The best Mexican food we've found so far in Kernersville, NC., but we've not visited all these restaurants in the area. The chicken Chimichanga was excellent, the refried beans as well. The Huevos Rancheros was good, though the fried eggs were a little too fried. The salsas were good, but watch out for the habinaro salsa as it was exceptionally hot (but tasty when blended with the plain salsa). The wait staff were excellent, the manager/owner introduced himself; a real gentleman. The pricing for our meals was fair. All in all, a good experience. We will be back!
