"I've ordered from this restaurant before without any issues, but this time was a complete disaster. I placed an order for a large pizza and large cheese bread at 6:30 PM, and it didn't arrive until 8:30 PM. I tried calling several times to check on my order, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I thought maybe they were busy, so I called again 15 minutes later. They picked up the phone but hung up right away without saying a word. Customer service was nonexistent tonight. To top it all off, the cheese bread had barely any cheese on it—half of it was completely bare! Seriously, what went wrong?"

The restaurant is affordable, but the quality could be better. I ordered a hot Italian sandwich that was heated in a conveyor oven. The mayonnaise was runny and had a sour taste—I’m not sure if it had gone bad.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza, and I've usually had no problems in the past. However, this time was an exception. Both my husband and I experienced stomach issues after eating it. It appears that this location is not upholding its quality. We won't be returning.

We go to this restaurant almost every Sunday after church. For a pizzeria, their menu is impressively varied. Our top choice is the Grace's Alfredo pizza, although we occasionally opt for a salad instead. I've sampled nearly all the salads on the menu, and each one has been delightful. It was dull, lacked flavor, had a terrible texture, and wasn't even visually appealing. I hoped the spinach and artichoke dip would redeem the meal, but that was also a letdown—it went straight to the trash. The flavor was flat, and the consistency was more like soup—runny and unappetizing. The dipping bread, or whatever it was, was equally disappointing. Goodbye to the $40 I spent.
