Even with multiple changes to our party order, Brad went above and beyond, demonstrating incredible understanding and kindness. From the moment we called, his friendly attitude set the stage for a wonderful evening. We altered our order not once, not twice, but three times, and each time, Brad managed it with grace and a genuine smile. His patience and dedication to our satisfaction were truly impressive. Not only did Brad take our orders, but he also engaged with us, making the dining experience feel personal and enjoyable.
