"0 stars if it was an option. Every time I go they usually are nice and always informing on the ingredients and such that they are missing. Today was not the case. The rude girl at the window didn’t say one word to me. Wasn’t told there was no straws, I ordered orange chicken which was FREEZING cold and SOGGY as if it was microwaved which shocked me because this the most popular item you’d think they care to make it fresh and not serve hours old food. I also got honey sesame chicken which I originally was upset about because I also wasn’t told they had no vegetables or even onions for it so it was just chicken but after I tasted it I was thankful for something hot at least compared to the orange chicken. I will not be returning. This is about the 6th time the orange chicken has been freezing. I don’t know what they’re doing wrong if they just hate their job so much. But they need a better cook, a better server that speaks to you and doesn’t play the silent game and a better manager to get their staff in check. One last complaint, they have a road sign at the exit of their drive thru that was cut down and you can varely see it but if you were to run it over it would hurt you car, beware of this run down place."

Love the walnut shrimp. Food could have been a little hotter and fresher but also I did not come in at the optimum time for that. Overall was still great

I ordered double beef and broccoli and this is what I opened my box to? Come on panda please get your stuff straight both mine and my co-workers looked like this and I paid $23 dollars for this? I think not.

I’m a regular customer because of my kids and every time I'm disappointed how they cook. They don't add chicken at all, just a few pieces and a lot of cabbage. Honestly I’m done giving them last chance. Worse restaurant ever!

Whole family has COVID so I ordered and when it arrived, it was short food. I called and said I wanted the rest of my order and the little girl said I had to make a new order and have it delivered or come to the store. ABSOLUTELY DEFIES THE POINT OF DELIVERY AND PUTS PUBLIC HEALTH AT RISK! GOOD JOB! View menu

I wanted to give zero stars. The first time to eat here and my last at this place. If alll Panda Express doesn't see anything they're still in business. Pasta dry, chicken and broccoli hard. The only thing that was good is the steak and you don't get much of it, it's like 3 are 4 small pieces as you can see on the photo.

My kids really enjoy the noodles from this place. The medium-sized noodles are a great deal for the price. I dined there two weeks ago, and the service was excellent. However, when I visited again last week, the girl at the window was extremely rude. I understand that everyone has tough days, but her behavior was unacceptable. I may give it another try, but if the service remains the same as my last visit, I probably won't return.

We had our order messed up about a week ago so we called and the GM Makayla said she’d replace our meal the next time we came in. So we come in tonight.. and as soon as we hand the receipt overa different lady was like yeah no our truck didn’t come, we can’t do any of that. And so we asked if we could go to another store because we drove all the way out there and she said no and was beyond rude, didn’t offer anything else. I’m beyond disappointed.. View menu

If you order the chow mein, this is what you will get. This is the second time I?ve come to this location and they gave me nothing but undercooked, raw vegetables with a few noodles?. Oh, and I also got a large box full of this?..my rice was stillhard in the middle because they didn?t cook it properly. It wasn?t even closing time it was 6pm when I went. STOP HIRING PEOPLEWITH NO INTEGRITY!!!!! YOU'RE DONE GETTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND ANYONE ELSE?S THAT I CAN WARN THAT WILL LISTEN!!!

Visited on a Friday night- the staff was friendly but likely understaffed. I began to keep track of time in the drive thru after waiting (likely) 10 minutes. I ordered near 15 minutes after that. I was told they were out of everything aside from Orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and the walnut shrimp. I would have driven out but there’s no way out so I sucked it up and ordered. Received the food 12 minutes after that. Roughly total time in the drive thru was 37-40 minutes. The food I did receive was not up to expectation. Maybe I was just hangry at this point

"Final Update (July 27, 2024): THEY PUT BACON IN MY VEGETARIAN CREPE. I am still traumatized and queasy from my breakfast this morning. I ordered a scrambled egg, spinach, tomato crepe, which is vegetarian, as I am a Muslim and do not eat meat outside. Most of the meal was fine, until the last bite. I felt a crunch that it should not have and did not have until the last bite. It's also definitely not the crust of the crepe itself as I was eating the crust together with the center nearly all the time. I was trying to figure out what this crunchy thing could be. Then I remembered reading somewhere BACON is crunchy and savory. A nearby waitress noticed my face go pale and asked if everything is okay. I asked about this crunchy, savory thing I tasted in the last bite that felt very weird, out of place, and asked if it could be BACON. She saw some leftovers in my plate and said it does look like that. I could not believe it. In all my years in USA, I have never had such a horrible experience with MEAT being contaminated into some VEGETARIAN dish. This is literally deserving of a lawsuit. The problem with crepes is you cannot open and see everything to ensure they didn't contaminate with some BACON before eating as that defeats the purpose of a crepe. I urge all vegetarians and Muslims to AVOID this restaurant like the plague. They have no standards of cross contamination if they cannot even keep pigs and dogs away from vegetarian dishes in the kitchen. I also just saw the latest edited response from the owner to my review and see they are accusing me of lying. How disgusting and unethical. I don't care if it's the first and last time you served a group at 3:45 pm in 15 years. You just had to check your CCTV footage and confirm several of us were waiting outside while this group barged in and ordered at 3:45 pm that day. If you need even more help, it was a group of young children, probably some school or high school, with a few older teacher-aged people. Now go find the footage and I hope you recant your accusation of me lying. Absolutely despicable. Only thing I agree with the owner on is the Strawberries and cream was good. But who knows, it might contain meat too, if you aren't looking. Old review I ordered the Bavarian cream since it looked simple and focused on the vanilla flavor. But it felt really disgusting in terms of texture. I was afraid it might have gelatin when I Googled the ingredients upon that feeling of disgust. I asked the staff for the ingredients and they brought a big bucket and showed me the ingredients. Thankfully, it didn't have gelatin. But I'm guessing the reason it tasted so bad was it was some wholesale cream sold at Costco or Restaurant Depot. Update 1: Made it 3* because the service was good and they replied they buy from a bakery, which is better. For me, personally, though, the food just did not taste good so I cannot give it more than 3*. I'm happy others seem to like it though. Just the Bavarian creams I've had in other places were better suited for my taste buds. Another issue I cannot increase the stars for is that the shop was supposed to be closed 3-4 Saturday and many of us waited outside in the sun whils a big group of people just walked in at 3:45ish and took a long time to order, which wasn't over even when I entered at 4pm as the first batch or customers."
