"I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, DJ. It seems DJ may have a troubling approach to customer service, as they openly admitted to threatening both children and adults during their shifts. DJ refused to serve my daughter and her friends the items they had paid for, and when I requested a refund, DJ became confrontational and aggressive. I had approached the cashier in a calm and polite manner but was suddenly met with DJ, who then made accusations about middle school kids getting kicked out routinely. In fact, DJ even called the police on us, even though we were just a group of 12-year-old girls and their parent. I tried to remain composed and simply asked for DJ's supervisor's contact information, as I felt DJ's behavior was unacceptable. Unfortunately, DJ declined to provide any information and responded with a rude gesture instead. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning, and it reflects poorly on the franchise owner for allowing such behavior to persist. It's disappointing to see a location's management actively turning away regular customers. I would strongly recommend boycotting this place."

Avocado hamm BLT was good but a bit cold. The hamm was a bit gray and not well flavored. Would recommend something else to eat. The lemon tastes good

I like this place because it is pet friendly, the staff is so friendly in general and they have a variety of foods between healthy and tasty. Also the price is good and the food is always fast

I had a fantastic lunch today! I really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup and the turkey avocado BLT sandwich. The person who took our order was friendly and had a great personality! By the way, I prefer the Wilmette location over the Skokie one. View menu

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding and unparalleled. The staff are exceptional and truly deserve better pay. In particular, Kevin and Matthew have demonstrated incredible dedication to their work and deserve to be compensated fairly for their efforts.

The bagels are decent, and I always enjoy the soup. The sandwiches are generally good too. However, my favorite aspect of this restaurant is the staff. There's a young brunette who knows my order so well that she usually places it before I even reach the counter. There's also a tattooed young woman who is extremely polite and works diligently to make sure her customers get everything they need. I really hope management appreciates their efforts.
