"Took for ever to be greeted and seated. I had to find someone and ask them to clean an area for me. Food was okay. I was asked if food was ok when I was almost done eating. They cleared my plate and took for ever to come back and cash me out. When I showed my military ID for my dollar drink they told me that they only do it on coffee now. Not everyone does coffee. Do not say you support veterans if you do not. Best thing on the menu is the shrimp and grits so if I come back that will be the only thing I eat from here. Very disappointed and not worth the money I had to pay."

Honestly, it's one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The shepherd's pie is absolutely delicious, and I wish I could have it every day. Everything I've ordered here has been really tasty. The prices are excellent for the quality of the food.

The staff here is excellent! My only complaint is receiving burnt eggs, which happens quite often when I order an omelet. Everything else is always delicious. The eggs are the only reason I'm giving this place four stars. Since it's a breakfast-focused restaurant, I would expect the eggs to be cooked properly. Burnt eggs just don't taste good.

I went to papas diner for breakfast a few days ago and WOW was I blown away at the wonderful staff, tasty food and great atmosphere! Literally feels like home! The manager was so friendly and helpful! By the way the review that was left from the lady about her shrimp and grits is far and I mean FAR from accurate! People are just so cruel these days! If you’re going to leave bad reviews, please consider our small local businesses!
