"From the start of the walk up to the restaurant, the ambiance is very beautiful, there are flames in a row on the walkway followed by a beautiful fountain next to the door entrance of the restaurant. The hostesses were very nice and accommodating as we had a party of 11 and needed multiple high chairs and booster seats. Our server's name was Justice and he was very kind. He got all of our orders correct and was very quick to grab us. Anything else we may need. One of my favorite parts is the fresh tortilla maker that smells the restaurant with a wonderful aroma! The food itself tastes absolutely amazing, we had a variety of steak, shrimp, the table side guac was fresh and the chips were fresh and crispy. I highly recommend this Pappasito's restaurant :"

Pappasitos in Shenandoah is fantastic. My spouse and I are frequent visitors and enjoy bringing our children along. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always top-notch. It is likely the top choice for Tex Mex in The Woodlands region.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. The Lamb Chops were the best I've ever had, and the beef fajitas were incredibly tender. Our server, Peter Rikard, was very professional and friendly. He knew the specials and convinced me to try the tres leches cake for dessert. It was a truly exceptional experience.

They have a dedicated restaurant solely for training their employees, showing their commitment to food and service quality. First of all this place was immediately welcoming. The manager comped our appetizer, and an order of queso dip. From start to finish this place blew our minds. The chips and salsa were perfect crisp and crunch. We ordered the beef fajita, jalapeño cheese sausage shrimp diablo fajitas to share for 2 and it filled us. The flavor of the rice was phenomenal, and the entree was impeccable. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Love love love Pappasitos!! Never have I had a bad experience there the numerous times I've been. I was reminded today about my bad experience at Lupe Tortillas down the street that I never do reviews and after my first bad review ever, I realized I never review great places and I want to start doing that. Pappasitos is AMAZING from their great service to their great food. A little on the pricey side BUT if you catch them on fajita Wednesdays you get a great deal! This place will NOT disappoint! Also so kind as soon as you walk in all the way until you leave!
