"What a charming place for a weekday evening meal! We came a bit early (6:30) and scored a beautiful table in the front window. Our server was brilliant, and recommended a craft cocktail (a classic milk punch, but, no, it was not milky) that was the perfect zingy counterpart to the rich, spicy food. My partner had the fried chicken, some of the best we 've ever tasted. The chicken and sausage gumbo was respectable—what you 'd expect for an upscale Cajun place and ideal on a cold, rainy night. The generous mac-and-cheese side dish with 5 cheeses and smoked paprika came off as too smokey for me—next time I 'm going with the fried catfish bites we saw being delivered to nearby by table. The playlist (indie country rock) was just the right level to be an atmospheric backdrop to conversation."

The food was delicious! I went there for a birthday celebration with a large group of 10 people, and they took great care of us. I would definitely recommend it and plan to return!

Really tasty dishes, great service, lovely spot to observe the Sunday farmers market while eating brunch. Most plates were a nice size portion. Some thing seemed rather overpriced for the plate size, such as the collard greens View menu

Freezing cold. Inadequate heating. You should only eat there in temperate weather. Servers wore coats. Interesting southern menu not especially well executed. Bland black eyed peas and salty but boring collard greens. They were out of oysters. Pain perdu was dry.

What a lovely place. The staff was perfectly attentive without being overwhelming. The space is adorable and cozy. And the food! Best fried chicken in Seattle (I know! , perfect gumbo, delicious collard greens, and a great sazerac. This place is going in our regular rotation!

I made a reservation for brunch and was seated in the far back, right next to the restroom and storage area, despite there being several tables available in the front. The service was okay, but the brunch menu was quite limited. The food didn't impress me, especially considering the high prices. I don't intend to return. View menu

This is a Great place! We popped in randomly and had a delicious culinary journey starting with the delicious wedge salad and catfish bites, from. There we had crawfish etoufe, pork chop, and fried chicken along with potato salad and Mac N cheese sides. Everything was delicious! Our Favorites were Mac N cheese, catfish bites and fried chicken.

The New Orleans-style food was excellent, and the Po Boys were massive. The drinks were quite enjoyable as well. Although we were seated at a somewhat overlooked table in the back, which lacked ambiance, our server was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I will definitely return. The back patio is usually a great place to relax on warmer days.
